Loved how good it smelled was clean and well decorated very peaceful and staff was kind all except one black lady that was extremely rude to my mom at check in asked her if she had trouble hearing if I hadn’t of had surgery that day and been out of it she would have had some trouble! She shouldn’t be employed to service the public! Everyone else were exceptionally kind and helpful one lady working the front desk on night shift even spent a few mins and a snack with my three year old son who was crying at the time. When we stayed here before we loved it the workers are wonderful except the one lady who must be fake when the boss is around bc she was ridiculously RUDE and DESERVED more then she got from me that day! The kindness from everyone else is top notch!!!

We were in town for Furnace Fest at Sloss Furnaces in the city. The location of this hotel was great for that event; it took less than 20 minutes to drive there each day and being outside the main city meant the location was nice and quiet so no disturbances at night. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Some signs of aging around the property, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. The included breakfast was also great. They had a few hot items each morning (including a waffle maker) as well as your standard coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, etc. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay at a reasonable price for the area. Oh, and the staff were very friendly as well.

I really enjoyed the stay at your facility. We were close to great stores and restaurants. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious especially the biscuits and sausage gravy. The staff were so nice and very helpful. Thank you for accommodating our family. I had my 93 year grandmother traveling with us who was in a wheelchair. The handicapped room was very comfortable for her.

The facility is very nice. Ms. Debra was phenomenal. VERY inviting and helpful. We asked if we could pay cash when we checked out the next morning. However, the young man stated he had already used the card on file and would not allow us to pay cash. He said it has to stay on the card. Slightly disappointing, since we had such awesome service the night before.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff was polite and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and giving locations for historical sites that was on our agenda. The cleanernest of the room and the hotel was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again when in birmingham alabama.
